A surprising thing happened this evening at the ABC New Hampshire Republican debate. Only 2 candidates showed up.

Tonight begins the crazy political marathon that will run straight through to the New Hampshire Primary this Tuesday. In the next 2 days there will be 2 televised Republican debates, and countless town hall meetings, and meet and greets.

Well, the first test is over. 10% wouldn’t be significant…. if there was a candidate taking 60% or more of the pie. However, when we have the winner scoring in the 30’s it’s quite notable.
